Introduction
Hope Farmers Association (HFA) is a development non-governmental organization that was established by a group of young farmers committed to agricultural development in the country . The Association is registered by security and exchange commission of pakistan. Its initiation was in response to the increasing poverty and injustice prevailing in the society by its founder members. Civil society is destined to play a more important role in a new political and economic context from now on.To play this role it needs to organize itself and build up its capacity, which was weakened by its being kept out decision-making organs, and its political and economic marginalization during the past decades.
